azra: Being a Mom can be time consming as it is. Add to that thinking of how to feed mostly healthy meals to your family, plus trying to stay fit and healthy yourself, Most moms end up giving in or giving up very easily. I too have have to give in to easily available junk food countless times times, but maintaining a ballance is what is key. So i thought let me share my balancing act with the rest of the world, where I keep trying to tip the meal scale more towards the healthier side!!
